Abstract
The Poweshiek skipperling is an endangered butterfly endemic to the tallgrass prairie ecosystem. An ex-situ management program at the Assiniboine Park Zoo works to prevent the extirpation of this species through breeding and releases. This project aims to investigate external factors effecting copulation success in the ex-situ environment, focusing on individual characteristics and environmental conditions.Poster
