Open Horizons: Affordability and Access through Open Education
Manitoba Open Education Symposium, June 11–12, 2025
For faculty, staff, students, and advocates advancing open education in Manitoba and beyond.
How do we build an open and accessible education system that fosters digital innovation, cross-institutional collaboration, and student affordability? The Manitoba Open Education Symposium brings together educators, students and administrators to explore strategies for affordability, accessibility, and digital innovation. Sessions will provide an opportunity to hear from national leaders in open education, share about how open educational initiatives are already making an impact on Manitoba campuses, and learn about best practices in teaching and research. Join us for dynamic discussions, hands-on workshops, and networking opportunities that will drive the future of open education in the province and beyond.
