In this short and energizing stretch break, Cheryl and Meaghan will guide you through a simple stretch routine designed to focus your breathing and boost your energy, helping you feel refreshed in just a few minutes. This session encourages you to move in a way that feels comfortable for your body, through adaptability.

The routine starts with two deep, calming breaths to centre yourself and prepare for movement. From there, you’re guided through a series of gentle stretches:

  • Overhead reach and side-to-side to stretch your upper body
  • Forward arm stretch to release tension in the upper back
  • Chest-open stretch with hands behind the head, encouraging controlled breaths
  • Ankle rolls to improve mobility and circulation in the lower body

Remember to keep moving, keep smiling, and keep hyping each other up because you deserve to feel great.
