This short and refreshing session, led by Cheryl and Meaghan, will guide you through an adaptable set of movements designed to focus your breathing and balance in just a few minutes. Next, you’ll be guided through a series of light stretches:

  • Chest-open stretch with hands behind the head, encouraging controlled breaths
  • Balance Challenge to engage your core and stability
  • Neck Tilt & Wrist Rolls side to side while extending your arms and rotating wrists to release tension
  • Hand Exercise by extending and closing hands repeatedly to relieve stiffness from office or classroom work

Remember to keep moving, keep smiling, and keep hyping each other up because you deserve to feel great.
