In this short and energizing session, Meaghan and Cheryl will guide you through an adaptive movement break designed to boost your energy and get your blood flowing. From there, you’ll be guided through a series of exercises:

  • Marching in place will get your arms involved and start warming up your body
  • Squats focusing on controlled movements
  • Calf raises to strengthen and stretch your lower legs
  • Mini jumps to get your heart rate up and boost energy

Remember to keep moving, keep smiling, and keep hyping each other up because you deserve to feel great.
