This 3-minute movement break is an adaptable set of movements you can do at the office or in the classroom. We will be focusing on breathing throughout while practices some movements we can use to get energized. In this fun and energetic session, Meaghan and Cheryl guide you through a routine designed to get your body moving and energized. From there, you’ll move through a series of dynamic exercises:

  • Side-to-side swaying to warm up the body and loosen joints
  • Marching to increase heart rate and coordination
  • Shoulder presses to engage the upper body
  • Heel taps with bicep curls for a combined cardio and strength movement
  • Side steps with (with jumps) to add fun and intensity

Remember to keep moving, keep smiling, and keep hyping each other up because you deserve to feel great.
