This 3-minute seated stretch break is an adaptable set of movements you can do at the office. Meaghan and Cheryl will be walking you through breath work while practicing some leg stretches and upper body movements. You’ll move into a series of seated stretches:

  • Calf and hamstring stretch with extended leg to activate and loosen the legs
  • Upper body rotations to improve mobility and release tension in the spine and shoulders

The session wraps up with calming breaths and an uplifting message encouraging you to stay active, positive, and supportive of those around you. Remember to keep moving, keep smiling, and keep hyping each other up because you deserve to feel great.
