This 3-minute seated stretch session is an adaptable set of movements you can do at the office and classroom. Cheryl and Meaghan will be focusing on some physical movements to get our bodies moving and breathing. In this quick and upbeat session, Cheryl and Megan lead you through a simple seated routine designed to get your heart rate up and re-energize your body. You’ll move through a series of seated exercises:

  • Seated marching to get blood flowing and warm up the body
  • Arm rows to engage the upper body and improve coordination
  • Chair hover to activate and strengthen the legs
  • Overhead punches (with optional marching) for a cardio and upper-body boost
  • Shoulder rolls to cool down and release tension

This session is designed to get your heart rate up and re-energize your body. Remember to keep moving, keep smiling, and keep hyping each other up because you deserve to feel great.
