In this session, Federico and Meaghan guide you through a progressive muscle relaxation routine designed to help you refocus, reset, and reenergize your body and mind. This seated session is adaptable and can be done in a classroom or office.

You are invited to engage at your own pace, by choosing what feels best for you. • Dorsiflex ankle and point toes to improve awareness and circulation • Abdominal engagement to connect breath with core relaxation • Back activation to relieve built-up tension • Shoulder and neck release to reduce stress and heaviness • Arm and hand tension and release for improved relaxation • Facial muscle relaxation to soften expression and ease stress

This is intended to be a full-body tension and release series to promote a deep sense of calm. Remember to keep moving, keep smiling, and keep hyping each other up because you deserve to feel great.
