This 3-minute session can be done anywhere, whether you're in a classroom, at the office, or taking a quiet moment for yourself. Led by Federico, you will be guided through a calming breathing exercise designed to help you reset, refocus, and recharge in just a few minutes.

Try to stay mindful throughout this session:

  • Sit comfortably with a relaxed posture
  • Gentle breath awareness, noticing the rise and fall of your chest or abdomen
  • Observe sensations of the breath through your nose
  • Refocus your attention when distractions arise, returning calmly to your breath
  • Expand awareness beyond breath and reconnect with your surroundings

Remember to keep moving, keep smiling, and keep hyping each other up because you deserve to feel great.
