Management: Financial, Social, and Ecological Well-Being
Management: Financial, Social, and Ecological Well-Being (Second Edition) has been written to be used in virtually any management principles course. While providing a complete overview of the field, this textbook is unique in presenting and comparing three approaches to management—Financial Bottom Line (FBL), Triple Bottom Line (TBL), and Social and Ecological Thought (SET)—a format that has been shown to enhance students' critical and ethical thinking. Updated and revised by an international team of authors, this edition includes inspiring opening cases and features on entrepreneurship that encourage readers to apply ideas from managerial practice.
As of April 2025, the second edition has been made publicly available during a peer review process and pilot use in courses. The publication will be updated in August 2025 to include final additions and feedback from reviewers.
